After breakfast depart for Kenya’s famous National Reserve. The drive is approximately 7 hours with a few bathroom breaks along the way. You start the day venturing through the Great Rift Valley travelling to the northern most extension of the Serengeti Plains and one of the richest wildlife Reserves, the Masai Mara. The Mara is home to the awesome, black-manned lion, the elusive leopard, stately giraffes, vast herds of elephants, rhino, thundering herds of zebra, migrating wildebeest and numerous other plains game. You arrive at the Camp for a late lunch. After lunch depart for an afternoon game-viewing drive. Enjoy dinner and overnight at lodge. Sarova Mara Camp or similar on Full Board
A full day’s safari in one of the world’s most famous reserves, offering an abundance of herbivores, the Mara makes the ideal hunting ground for Kenya’s famous ‘big cats’ and hosts her largest population of lions. Historically teeming with wildlife, the Mara is famous for the large herds of elephant and buffalo that wander its plains, and for the annual migration of the wildebeest (seasonal). Dinner and overnight at the Lodge/Camp.
Take the opportunity to fly over the Mara in a Hot air Balloon provided at an extra cost. The balloon package includes a full spread of English breakfast and some champagne in the wild! If you can spare the money, viewing abundant game afloat a balloon is an unforgettable experience. Alternatively visit a Masai village and get learn the Masai culture at an extra cost. After an early breakfast you will check out and depart for Lake Naivasha. The Drive is approximately 7 hours. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake, the highest of the string of lakes that glitter down the vast trench of the Great Rift Valley. Towered over by the brooding bulk of Mount Longonot (2,776 m), and featuring a submerged volcanic island known as Crescent Island, this beautiful lake is best known for its high numbers of water birds. In the afternoon check in at the Resort, have lunch and spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool, or by taking an optional boat-ride at the lake. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sawela Lodge or similar o Full Board basis.
After an early breakfast you will depart for Amboseli national Park. The drive is approximately 7 hours with bathroom breaks along the way. Amboseli is home to Mount Kilimanjaro and on a cloudless day you will be lucky enough to spot the snow-capped peaks of the mighty Kili. You will arrive in time for a scrumptious lunch. The afternoon will be at leisure and in the evening, you will be stepping out for a game drive. Dinner and Overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge or similar on Full Board
